• Weekly inspections of buildings and grounds will occur. An annual maintenance review will be presented outlining immediate, intermediate and long-range maintenance needs.
• A comprehensive insurance review will be undertaken to assure that the Association will be properly insured.
Board Members as well as unit owners may leave messages after-hours. All after-hours messages will be reviewed for urgency and disposition. Twenty-four hour emergency messages are reviewed within minutes.
• Polaris Property Management has employee evaluation and training programs that will make the association's employees part of the management team, thus a better employee.
• An evaluation of the cost effectiveness of employees versus contractors will be conducted to determine where expenses can be reduced.
